General

SP All-in-1 Toolkit: privacy policy
In effect from October 6, 2026, updated October 20, 2026. Responsible: Nucleo Sp México, S.A. de C.V., Av. Federalistas No. 2133, La Cima, 45134 Zapopan, Jal., Mexico, and ARMANDO JULIAN DIAZ PERALTA.
General
SP All-in-1 Toolkit is a menu-bar app for the Mac. It doesn't collect data, has no accounts and uses no third-party services.
- Everything it does happens on your Mac. It sends no statistics or crash reports, and nothing goes through any server of ours.
- Its only internet connection is the uninstaller's lookup of who sells each App Store app (see below).
What the app stores, and where
- Your settings: the shortcut, the text languages, the notice and line-break options, the app's colour, and the meeting heads-up with its minutes.
- The access you give the uninstaller to your home folder and the Applications folder, so it doesn't have to ask every time, and the seller's name for each App Store app it has already looked up.
- All of that is stored only on your Mac, in the app's folder.
- It doesn't keep screenshots, the text or QR codes you copy, your events, or the Shelf's list.
Copying text and QR codes from the screen
When you copy text or a QR code, the app captures only the rectangle you pick, reads it on your Mac with macOS's own recognition and puts the result on your clipboard. The image is never saved and never leaves your Mac. What you copy stays on your clipboard like anything else you copy. The colour picker uses the macOS magnifier and only copies the colour you pick.
The meeting heads-up
It stays off until you turn it on. With your permission, the app reads the events in your calendars on your Mac (title, time, location, notes, link and whether you declined them) to give you a heads-up before each one. It doesn't store them, change them or send them anywhere. The "Unirse" (join) button opens the event's link in your browser.
PDFs, images and the Shelf
- The app only opens the files you pick or drop onto it, and only writes where you choose in the save panel. It never touches the original.
- Removing an image's metadata strips its location, camera, date and XMP data from the copy; editing a PDF changes only the four fields you type in.
- The Shelf keeps the path of the files you drop on it, only while the app is open. It doesn't copy or move them.
The uninstaller
- Access: the first time, macOS shows its open panel so you can pick your home folder and, when you uninstall, the Applications folder. You can also drop an app onto its window. If the app tries to reach another app's data folder, macOS asks whether you allow it.
- What it reads: for each installed app, its name, its developer (from the app's signature), whether it came from the App Store, how much space it takes and the last time you opened it, which macOS keeps track of. It uses that to build the list and its filters, and to find the files each app leaves in your Library folder.
- What it looks up online: for App Store apps, the seller's name, from Apple's public search (
itunes.apple.com). Only the app's identifier is sent, such ascom.example.app; nothing about you. The answer is kept on your Mac so it doesn't have to ask again. - What it removes: nothing you don't ask for. Before removing or resetting an app it shows you the list of files with their size and a button to cancel, and everything you remove goes to the Trash, where you can get it back.
Permissions
- Screen Recording, only to copy text and QR codes from the screen. It's requested when you use those features; without it, everything else works the same.
- Calendars, only for the meeting heads-up and only if you turn it on.
- Automation: controlling the Finder, the Dock and System Events, only to restart the Finder and the Dock, switch dark mode and the menu bar, empty the Trash, eject disks and move to the Trash other apps' data folders that only the Finder can move.
- The Finder, Dock and system preferences, and your Library folder, only for the switches: the app writes whether to show hidden files, extensions, the path bar, desktop icons and recent apps in the Dock, and whether the Dock hides, and sets or clears the hidden flag on your Library folder. The uninstaller looks in your Library for the files of the apps you pick. It reads and changes nothing else.
- Opening at login, only if you turn it on in Settings.
- Internet, only for the uninstaller's lookup with Apple described above.
- Keep awake and the colour picker need no permission at all.
How to delete everything
Your settings live in ~/Library/Containers/dev.superpartner.tools. Deleting the app doesn't make macOS remove that folder: delete it by hand if you want everything gone. The system and Finder switches change macOS settings; if you want things back the way they were, turn them off before deleting the app.
