General
Nosotros no tenemos acceso a tu iCloud.
Nosotros no tenemos acceso a ella.
- tu dirección IP, que sirve para estimar tu ubicación aproximada;
- identificadores del dispositivo: en iPhone y iPad, el identificador de publicidad de Apple (IDFA), solo si das el permiso de rastreo; en Android, el identificador de publicidad de Google; y otros identificadores propios de la app;
- los anuncios que has visto y cómo interactúas con ellos;
Aceptar no te da ningún premio y no aceptar no te quita nada.

General
Laundry Pop by Trapichines is a game for iPhone, iPad and Android. It has no accounts of its own and no sign-up: if you have one, it uses your Game Center account on iPhone and iPad or your Google Play Games account on Android. It shows ads from Google AdMob and has an optional in-app purchase, No Ads, that removes the ad shown between levels.
- Your game, your progress and your purchases don't go through our server. All it receives is an anonymous measurement of each level attempt, explained under "Level attempt measurement".
- The game connects to the internet to show ads, for the purchase, to save your progress in your own cloud and, on iPhone and iPad, to send that measurement.
What the game stores, and where
iPhone and iPad
- Your progress: your coins, the levels you've passed, the stars for each level and the Trapichines you've won. It's stored on your device and, if iCloud is turned on, in your own iCloud too, so you have the same on all your devices with the same Apple Account. We have no access to your iCloud.
- A game you left halfway, with the state of the board, is stored only on your device.
- Game Center: if you're signed in, the game sends it your achievements and your scores for levels passed and stars. You decide who sees them in your Game Center settings; Apple handles them under its privacy policy.
- Like any app's data, it's included in your iPhone or iPad backup if you have backups turned on.
Android
- Your progress (coins, levels passed, stars and Trapichines) is stored on your phone and, if you use Google Play Games, in your own Play Games account too, so you can get it back on another phone. We have no access to it.
- A game you left halfway is stored only on your phone.
- Google Play Games: if you're signed in, the game sends it your achievements and your scores for levels passed and stars. Google handles them under its privacy policy.
- If Google backup is turned on for your phone, Android may include your game in it, in your own account.
Level attempt measurement
On iPhone and iPad, every time a level attempt ends (you win it, lose it or leave it half played with Restart or by choosing another level), the game sends a record to our server, tienda-apps.superpartner.dev. We use it only to see which levels are too costly and to tune the difficulty. The Android version doesn't send this measurement yet.
- What the record has: the level number, how the attempt ended (won, lost or left half played), the seconds played, the taps, how many times you used each help (pop, fill, clear and shake), how many extra baskets or spots you opened and whether it was with coins or an ad, the stars, if you lost it or left it half played how many plushies were still missing, the game version and build number, and the day, without the time.
- What it doesn't have: your name, your email, any identifier of you or your device (not the advertising identifier either), the model, the country, your progress, your coins or your purchases.
- Your IP address: we don't store it with these records.
- It isn't linked to you: since nothing in the record says who you are, we don't connect it to a person and we don't use it to track you or to show you ads. For the same reason, we can't find or delete one person's records.
- Who sees it and how long it's kept: only us. Every day it's downloaded from the server to our work computers and deleted from the server; we keep it as long as it helps us tune the levels.
- Offline: the records wait on your device and are sent when there's internet. This measurement has no switch in the game because it doesn't identify anyone.
Ads
Ads are served by Google AdMob. To show and measure them, Google's ads SDK inside the game collects and sends to Google:
- your IP address, which is used to estimate your approximate location;
- device identifiers: on iPhone and iPad, Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking; on Android, Google's advertising ID; and other identifiers specific to the app;
- the ads you've seen and how you interact with them;
- performance and diagnostic data from the game.
If you allow it, ads can be personalized based on your activity in other apps and websites. Google and its advertising partners use this data under their own policies: how Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google's privacy policy.
- The ad between levels is removed by the No Ads purchase; ads with a reward are your choice.
- Ads are suitable for the game's age rating. If you see one that isn't, report it by writing to us.
- If we know you're a minor, we don't show you personalized ads.
Your choices
- iPhone and iPad, tracking permission. iOS asks whether you allow the game to track you. If you don't, you still see ads, but they aren't personalized with your advertising identifier. Allowing it doesn't earn you anything, and declining doesn't take anything away. You can change it any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android, advertising ID. You can delete it in your phone's settings, under Privacy > Ads on most phones; the menu name varies by manufacturer and Android version.
- Consent. In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before showing ads. In US states with privacy laws, you can opt out of personalization. You can change either one any time from the game's privacy options.
Purchases
The No Ads purchase removes the ad shown between levels and gives you 500 coins. Ads with a reward, to open an extra basket or spot or to earn 40 coins, stay available and you only see them if you choose to. The purchase is handled by Apple on iPhone and iPad, through your Apple Account, and by Google Play on Android, through your Google Account. We don't receive your name, your email or your payment details: the game only gets confirmation of what you bought. If you reinstall the game or switch devices, you can restore it from Purchases in Settings, with the same account. You don't need to buy anything to play the whole game.
Permissions
- iPhone and iPad: only the tracking permission, and it's optional.
- Android: internet access, the advertising ID and Google Play purchases; none of them asks for your approval.
- The game's vibration needs no permission.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or stop the use of your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@superpartner.dev. Since we don't keep your personal data on any server (the attempt measurement has nothing that identifies you), what's on your phone and in your iCloud, Game Center or Play Games is in your hands; for the data Google collects, use the choices above and those in Google's policy.
How to delete everything
Delete the app: your game and your progress are deleted from your phone with it. If iCloud or Google Play Games is turned on, the copy of your progress in your cloud stays and comes back when you install the game again with the same account; we can't delete it, because we have no access to it. You manage your achievements and scores from your Game Center or Play Games profile. The attempt measurement records aren't linked to you, so they aren't deleted with the app.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll post it on this page with the new date.
